Parties & Gatherings

     Kid-sized Art Parties and Celebrations:

      Ask any kid, art parties are the best!!

• Each party is $230 and includes up to 8 kids, additional children are $15 each.

• Parties are two hours long. This includes about an hour of guided creation time of your choice and an hour of gift opening and refreshment time.

• Please plan to bring any refreshments that you would like, paper-goods and decorations if you would like. (I will have water and lemonade for everyone)  

• As there may be other events happening in the day, please plan to arrive only 10-15 minutes before your party to set up. Please contact the studio if you feel you will need extra time.  Thank you!

If adults choose to stay for the party, please be mindful of volume in our creative place as your little artists are listening, learning and creating masterpieces. Thank you for understanding.

Private Adult-sized Art Parties and Celebrations:

• Each party is $240 for 8 artists (additional artists $30 each)

• This will include a 2-hour block of time for instruction and community

• Special discounts are applied to community-based groups and outings. 

• Please call for details and available times.

• Would you like to have a work experience at your location? Wonderful! 

• We would love to teach a class at you location!  

      

Renting the Studio:

• Studio rental for your party or group is $100/per hour for after-hours. 

• This includes use of our lovely space and does not include instructional time. 

• Please contact the studio if you are interesteed in renting the studio.

Booking Your Party or Celebration:

• Please call or email to reserve a time for your party.  

• Please call or email 3 days ahead of your party with a approximate number of artists for your party.

• There is a $50 non-refundable fee if you cancel within 7 days of your party. 

• Payment is due at the time of the party. 

• Additional non-instruction time can be added if you would like use of the space for $75/hr.

• We are a BYO beverages and snacks studio. (coffee, tea, lemonade and water are provided)

 

Traveling Art Party:

• Birthday party and Adult-Sized Party rates apply to our traveling party. 

• All art supplies will be provided as well as an hour of instruction for your party.

• There is a flat $20 loading/fuel fee added to the final costs, and .35 for any additional miles ouside of Grand Rapids proper.
