Service Description

Creating Art under the Open Sky With Chalk Pastels. What could be more enjoyable than spending a summer evening crafting art while admiring the beauty of Reeds Lake? Join us for a three-week class that will broaden your undeerstanding of composition as well as introduce you to working with chalk pastels. The first week will take place in the studio, focusing on composition, chalk pastel uses, and applications. During the following two weeks, we will put our newfound knowledge to use and produce stunning landscapes outdoors at Reeds Lake. Materials used in this class: pastel paper, chalk pastels, chalk tools. Ages 13+
